Great Southern Debuts Live Teller ATMs in Central Iowa

ANKENY and CLIVE, Iowa — Great Southern Bank has introduced Live Teller ATMs at its North Ankeny and Clive banking centers, marking the first time the Bank has brought the technology to its Central Iowa locations. The service gives customers in Ankeny, Clive and across the Des Moines area live teller access from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.

 

The launch is part of Great Southern's ongoing investment in technology that expands access and convenience for customers across its footprint. Customers using the Live Teller ATMs can cash checks, make deposits, transfer funds, make loan payments and withdraw cash, all while speaking directly with a Great Southern associate. The machines combine the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a banking center visit, giving customers more flexibility for their everyday banking needs.

 

“Bringing Live Teller ATMs to Central Iowa is a direct investment in how we serve our customers here,” said Laura Smith, chief retail banking officer. “It’s about giving Ankeny and Clive customers the same friendly, knowledgeable service they expect from Great Southern, with more convenience and more hours than ever before.”

 

The North Ankeny banking center is located at 210 NE Delaware Ave., and the Clive banking center is located at 12257 University Ave. Both locations continue to offer full-service lobby and drive-thru banking during standard hours in addition to the new Live Teller ATM option.
