1 Interest earning accounts pay a variable rate of interest based on the daily collected balance. If account is closed prior to posting date, all interest for that time period is forfeited.

2  Free check safe-keeping included. Image statement for $1. Check/Image Copy (per page) for $2.

3 A fee of $34 per item will be assessed for overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, pre-authorized transfers or recurring debit card transactions. There is a daily overdraft limit of five (5) charges per day. ATM withdrawals and one-time debit card transactions will only be authorized and charged an Overdraft/Paid Item fee if you request this service. Overdrafts should be repaid as soon as possible and must be repaid within 30 days. Whether overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay.

4 Safe deposit boxes are not FDIC insured or bank guaranteed.

5 Summit Checking Benefits: One box of free Summit-style checks per year, wallet only, excludes duplicates.

6 No Returned Item fees or Overdraft/Paid Item fees assessed. Account does not have Bounce Protection. All items causing an overdraft that can be returned will be returned.

7 Account does not have Bounce Protection. Returned Item fee or Overdraft/Paid Item fees will not be waived or reversed.

8 Second Chance account restrictions: Deposits must be cash, direct deposit or wire transfers. No checks deposited. No check orders. No checks written off the account. Cannot owe Great Southern money on previous accounts. May withdraw cash for purchase of money orders or cashier's checks (normal fees apply). No contract billing on debit cards (i.e. Internet services, monthly dues, etc.) No unsubstantiated merchant claims (i.e. disputes). No Bill Pay with online banking. May not cash a check against this account. Fees will not be waived or reversed.

The account will remain in this type code until customer is removed from ChexSystems, has been on ChexSystems for two years, or met the following additional requirements: the account has been established and maintained a positive balance for 60 consecutive days prior to the request; the account must be positive at the time of the request; the customer must provide proof that all unpaid closures are paid; the customer must complete six of the FDIC Money Smart online classes. Any violation of restriction dictates immediate closure without prior notice.
