Enrollment FAQs 

You'll need your account number, Social Security number, and the email address on file with your account. Enter your information exactly as it appears on your signature card or most recent statement.

Most checking, savings, CD, IRA, and loan accounts will appear automatically based on your account relationship.

Yes. Once you're enrolled, use the secure Message Center in Online Banking to request additional accounts.
You can attempt enrollment up to three times. After three unsuccessful attempts, call Customer Service at 800-749-7113.
Check that:
  • You're an owner on the accounts you're enrolling
  • Your information matches your signature card or statement exactly
  • Date of birth, account number, and SSN don't include dashes or spaces
  • You don't already have an Online Banking ID
  • You're using the correct account number from a check or signature card
Once your Online Banking ID is established, you can enroll in and begin using Online Bill Pay right away.
Note: Customers must be 18 years or older to use Online Bill Pay and Mobile Check Deposit.
