Some customers have reported receiving calls from a phone number that appears to be Great Southern Bank. When the caller answers, they are told that there was a failed login attempt and, if it wasn't them, to press 1. After pressing 1, the customers were prompted to enter their full debit card number.
Great Southern will NEVER call you and ask you to provide your full card number. If you are ever in doubt about the legitimacy of a call, please hang up and call Customer Service at 800-749-7113.
After entering your User ID and clicking "Login", you will proceed to an additional screen. The first time you come to this screen, you will be prompted to choose your unique Personal Icon. Thereafter, each time when you log in, your Personal Icon will be displayed. Once you've confirmed that the Personal Icon is yours, please enter your password and click "Submit". If your Personal Icon is not displayed or you don't recognize it, please do not enter your password and contact us at (800) 749-7113.
