Seminars
The Summit Club keeps all members up-to-date on important topics of concern and provides an opportunity to learn about topics of interest like traveling through its newsletters and seminars. Each quarter Marvin McDaniel, host of KWTO's 560 AM "All About Travel," covers various destinations and aspects of traveling.

Social Events
Every year for the past 20+ years, the Summit Club has hosted a birthday party for all of our members. Last year the Summit Club rented Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts in Springfield, Mo., and brought in the Southern Gospel Group, GOLD CITY. Over 2,000 members enjoyed an afternoon of music, door prizes and getting to meet other members. All members got in free and could invite a guest.
