An individual or group Health Insurance contract that provides payment for certain enumerated dental services.

Annuities

Annuity:

1. An amount of money payable yearly or, by extension, at other regular intervals.
2. An agreement by an insurer to make periodic payments that continue during the survival of the annuitant(s) or for a specified period.

Fixed Annuity:
An Annuity contract in which the amount of the periodic benefits is a Fixed or Guaranteed Return Annuity.

Burial Expense

Burial, or Final Expense Life Insurance is essentially a whole life product with small face values and ($5,000 to $25,000). The application process is usually simple and normally does not have the associated medical requirements.
